“To the Trade” Program for Interior Design and Architectural Businesses

As a professional Interior Designer or Architect you may register for our “To The Trade” program. To participate you must pre-qualify and register. The program is only available to interior design businesses and architectural businesses. No minimum purchase is required. However, if you purchase less than $5,000.00 a year we require you to re-register each year.

Using this program you can purchase at reduced prices while still receiving full service for your clients. No need for warehouse or delivery services on your end, we take care of it all. And as an added benefit you may use our Virginia showroom as a place to meet with your clients. One registration gives you access to all of our brands: Samuel S. Case Cabinetmakers, Case Brothers Mission, The Old Farm Table Company, Natural Tables, and Rug Shippers.

The requirements to register are:

1. Complete and return the “To The Trade” agreement (pdf). Click here to download and print or call 540-955-6293 to have one mailed or faxed to you.

2. Provide the following credentials:

Please provide All of the following:

A. A copy of your current business license.

B. A voided imprinted business check.

C. A personalized business card.

D. A completed tax exemption form from your state.

AND please provide ONE of the following:

A.  A current membership card to a recognized interior design or architectural professional association.

B. The front page of a current lease agreement for commercial space for an interior design business or architectural business.

C. Current invoices showing your purchase from manufacturers of design related merchandise in quantity for resale.

D. Photo of retail store front with company name/logo clearly displayed.

E. A current interior design or architectural business yellow pages listing.

F. A news paper or magazine ad for your business which shows the name and date of publication.

Once your registration is approved you will receive a discount schedule, complete price lists, and a complete set of stain samples.
