Shipping & Returns

As with all of our products if you are not 100% satisfied you may return products ordered from us within 30 days for a full refund. The cost of return shipping must be paid by you.  You must contact us for return instructions and a return authorization number before returning a rug. Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
