Empire Farm Table Empire Farm Table The Pine top makes for a rustic table. It is made with three wide planks which are nailed in place with wooden pegs covering the nails. Just as with an original antique table, the boards are butted together with gaps in between the boards. These gaps will expand and contract with the change in seasons. The boards also have some unevenness in height where the edges join and they may contain knots, sap pockets, small dents, and seasoning splits all of which add to the antiqued effect. Golden Pine Top. Choice of Golden Pine, Black, or Antique Cream Base. We do not offer round tables with Pine tops.
