What are your hours?
Our showroom is open Friday, Saturday and Monday from 10:00 to 5:00, Sunday, 12:00 to 5:00 EST, and by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

How do I order?
You can order safely and securely online. You can also order by phone or by mail, see phone number and address at the bottom of any page or on our Contact Us page.

Will I get an email order confirmation of my online order?
Yes, if you place an order online you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation.

Do you make an arm chair for the Ladderback, French Creole, or Country Windsor chairs?
We do not. We want to keep things simple and the cost down for this series.

Do you do custom sizes?
We can make custom tables. We will custom quote, but expect to pay at least 50% more, even to make smaller. It becomes one of a kind and packaging must be customized so it just costs more to do. We do not make custom changes to chairs.

Do you charge sales tax?
If the furniture is picked up in Maryland or Virginia or shipped to Maryland or Virginia we by law must charge sales tax.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We will send you a written confirmation of your order upon receipt of your deposit and provide you with an estimated completion time. If the items are in stock we will charge your card and ship the items. If the items are not in stock we require a 50% deposit which will be charged to your card at time of order. The remaining 50% will be charged to your card when the order ships. If you prefer to use a personal check, please place your order by telephone. We are open 8:00 to 4:30 EST, Monday through Friday. 1-540-955-6293.

How long does it take?
We stock some items and some items are made to order. Most orders take from one to six weeks to build. Shipping time is usually an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Sometimes it can take longer. We will give you an estimated shipping time when we receive your deposit. We can estimate shipping time prior to your placing an order, however we must know the exact items, quantities, wood and stain color, to give you an estimate. Estimates given prior to receiving a deposit are subject to change due to prior sale of an item.
